About Us >> Funding of Building Bright Futures of Chittenden County

About 80% of the funding for Building Bright Futures of Chittenden County activities comes from the State of Vermont, Agency of Human Services.  This is derived in part from the Success by Six grant as legislated and Federal Medicaid health outreach funding.  In addition Building Bright Futures of Chittenden County seeks and receives private grant funds for specific activities such as family literacy programs, regional planning or community engagement.  Currently our fiscal agent is the Visiting Nurse Association of Chittenden and Grand Isle Counties.
